Cancellation Agreement: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a fee to be paid before rescheduling. No show/no call will require full payment in the amount of the service scheduled.
Health Agreement: Please reschedule your appointment if you have been exposed to Covid-19 or any infectious illness, including the flu or a cold, or if you're feeling unwell in any way. Allow a waiting period of seven days after air travel before your appointment. Disregarding this agreement will result in your being asked to leave the salon and reschedule for another time.
Cancellations fees are waived in cases of illness or exposure.
